Rescheduling Policy If you are unable to attend a scheduled consultation or coaching session, you may request a reschedule at least 24 hours before the session timing. Missed sessions without prior notice may not be rescheduled. 3. Duplicate Payments In case of accidental duplicate payments, the extra amount will be refunded after verification within 7–10 business days. 4. Exceptional Situations Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Approval of refunds is not guaranteed. 5.
